Cloves boasts over ten years experience in the Information Technology industry, including working for blue-chip clients like Bell Canada, MTS, and Cablevision (NYC). He owned and ran a web-consultancy firm in Canada called, “Visionist” before moving to Dubai in late 2006.

In mid 2005, Cloves began to delve further in his passion for technology and projected this into his writing with the creation of his blog http://ccjr.name where he shares his past experiences and is the author of the book, “Beginning Ruby on Rails” - a revealing insight on the open-source web framework that is optimized for programmer’s happiness and sustainable productivity.

Known for his major influence in technology, Cloves has been featured as a speaker in a number of leading technology conferences, including the RuPy Conference held recently in Poznan, Poland in mid-April 2007.

An accomplished web developer, Rida has been working professionally since 2001, and is the creator of the blog; http://www.ridaalbarazi.com where he shares his thoughts and experiences, and provides useful tutorials on Ruby on Rails. Rida has also presented at various web development conferences world-wide.
